Homecare Choices is a division of North American Family Institute (NAFI), a nonprofit with a 50-year-long commitment to innovation and social change. We are part of a large family of people and programs that care about each other and our shared values.
Competitive Wages & Incentive Pay

Homecare Choices pays competitive wages and has developed creative ways of helping you earn more. We have premium shifts that pay bonus hourly rates. We offer a retention bonus, an anniversary bonus, recruitment bonuses and other opportunities to raise your compensation.
Tuition Reimbursement

NAFI and Homecare Choices will reimburse up to $2,500 of tuition expenses for work related education and certification. The expense must be pre-approved. The goal is to help you advance your skills and career.
